At Fur N Canvas, we work hard to ensure every order is carefully crafted and delivered safely to your door. Below you’ll find full details on our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and more.


Processing Times

All of our products are made-to-order and go through a careful design and production process.

Artwork Creation & Preview Delivery: 2–5 business days
(You’ll receive a digital preview for approval before we move to production.)

Important: If we do not receive a response within 72 hours (3 business days) after sending your artwork preview, we will proceed with production automatically to avoid further delays.

Production Time (after artwork approval or auto-approval):

  • Digital Portraits: Delivered via email within 1 business day after approval

  • Framed & Unframed Prints, Mugs, and Phone Cases: 3–6 business days

Production begins only after your artwork is approved or after the 72-hour window passes without a response.


Shipping Times

Once your item has been produced, it will be shipped via our trusted carrier network. We now offer both Standard and Express shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping Estimates:

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days (may vary depending on location and customs)

Express Shipping Option (Available in select regions):

  • United States (Express): 1–3 business days

  • United Kingdom (Express): 2–4 business days

  • Other regions: Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. External factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays may occasionally impact transit time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order type, and your chosen shipping method (Standard or Express).
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.


Digital Orders

If you purchase a digital-only portrait, your final high-resolution file will be delivered via email after artwork approval. No physical product will be shipped for digital-only orders.


Order Tracking

As soon as your physical order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of artwork approval, please contact us at help@furncanvas.com and we’ll assist you promptly.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While most orders arrive on time, delays or issues can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

If the courier confirms your package is lost, we will provide a free replacement.


Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, some countries may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the additional shipping cost is covered by the customer.
